Dulcie Brighthop: And that’s great. Infrastructure wants answers before we move on with our other projects. If we can figure out what’s going on and find a way to work around it, we might not have to make too many delays on our future bases.

Smokestack: Bases?

Dulcie Brighthop: We’d like bases that can function with more independence than a watchtower or outpost. The council’s directives would still guide the operation and goals of the bases, but magisters and commanders would have more freedom to truly lead scholars and soldiers to achieve those goals as they see fit.
