About Summer Hill

When it becomes cold and snowy, a young and inexperienced witch is determined to put her weather-changing studies to the test. On her way to seek help from a more seasoned magician, her clumsiness proves to be an obstacle. Can someone so accident-prone be trusted with the weather?
