Looks like there was a project going on here. The shovel is pretty dirty, and someone's left some notes on the crate.

We've dug and dug and dug for days, but there's no treasure yet! I'm sure it's buried at the west spot, but Sofie insists on the east spot. The captain is telling us to move along, but I know it's here! If anyone reads this, please dig up the west spot! We're so close! And share some of the loot with us, if our paths cross!
